Welcome to Nivataa 🌿

You’re here, and that’s the best place to begin.

Here, classes stay small, so the room always feels close and personal. Each one is limited to 10 people, so everyone is seen, and every session is guided thoughtfully, never rushed.

Here, yoga is a way of coming back to your body. It’s a place to slow down, to move with ease, and to listen to what your body has been saying.

Make yourself at home. See you on the mat soon.

What we offer

Our Classes

A place to move, unwind, and feel at home in your body.

Hatha

Slow, steady, and grounding. Poses are held a little longer, with space to notice your breath and how your body feels in each shape. A good place to slow down and settle in.

Vinyasa

Flowing and rhythmic. Movement follows the breath, linking one pose to the next to build warmth, strength, and ease. A good place to move and feel energised.

Morning & Afternoon Practice

Classes run in both the morning and afternoon. Each one is shaped around the people in the room, so the practice meets you where you are.
